When registering with East Box Hill Cricket Club, you agree to abide by all club policies and guidelines and the code of behaviour as a cricket participant under the Cricket Australia Looking After our Kids code of conduct which our club has adopted a part of our Child Safety guidelines.

By Extension, you also agree to the code of conduct of our affiliated associations Box Hill Reporter District Cricket Association, Eastern Cricket Association and any other cricket association that the club may be affiliated with.
All members must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information. Juniors must have parental or guardian consent to join the club.
Members are required to pay the prescribed fees for their respective membership category, as determined by the club committee. Fees may vary for different categories of membership. Non-payment of fees may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
The Club reserves the right to amend these policies and by-laws at any time. Members will be notified of any changes and it is their responsibility to review and understand the updated terms.
By continuing as a member of the club after any changes have been made to the terms and conditions, you are indicating your acceptance of the revised terms.
By becoming a member of our cricket club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above policies, constitution and by-laws.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in disciplinary action, including the termination of your membership. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact the club committee.
